Beginner Tai Chi
Tai Chi is at once a study of movement and a meditative martial art that has become popular for reducing stress and improving health. It can be seen as a slow motion routine that millions of people practice together every morning in parks around the world. It has become known for its many health benefits; including improving blood circulation, joint mobility, and flexibility.

In this class, we will be learning the Traditional Form. The class is perfect for beginners with little to no experience with Tai Chi and experienced practitioners who wish to deepen their practice.

Beginner Chi Kung
Chi Kung means »Life Energy Cultivation«. It is an ancient health exercise from China that involves coordinated movement and postures, breathing, and a calm meditative state of mind. Practicing Chi Kung helps to regulate the energy in the acupuncture meridians, to maintain health, and to focus the mind.
