Sensit Yoga Somatics

In Sensit Yoga Somatics we tend to the sensations and feelings as they arise through embodied movement, breath and sound. Central to this practice is the meditative awareness that leads to the integration of the body and mind. In its essence, Sensit Yoga Somatics is a practice of self-care that provides new avenues of healing and support, and cultivates nurturing inner connections and relationships with the environment.
